The 30 PLUS formula combines the internationally studied and proven effectiveness of cimicifuga racemosa with natural amino acids, nutrients and vitamins to help the body's own hormonal balance.

Hormonal imbalances or Oestrogen dominance can occur through a range of areas; natural changes after childbirth, synthetic sources, such as the oral contraceptive pill, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as well as diet and monthly hormonal changes.

Ingredients:
Each Tablet contains:Cimi-max TM 390mg, Tyrosine 150mg, Chromium Picolinate 22mcg equiv. Chromium 24.86mcg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) 25mg, Folic acid (B9) 99mcg, Cyanocobalamin (B12) 25mcg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate 24.23mg

Direction for use

Generally it will take 2 menstrual cycles (6-8 weeks) for 30 PLUS to help balance your hormonal system. Some women however have reported great results within 2-3 weeks but as everyone is different we strongly suggest that you stay on 30 PLUS for at least 6-8 weeks for full effectiveness. You may experience results earlier or it may take a little longer.

Dosage: 2 tablets per day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
