Usage:

Herbal support for those needing help to better cope with busy, stressful lifestyles or situations, for improved energy, stamina and well-being and/or to aid a weight control program. All programs for weight management and emotional balance should include appropriate dietary changes, exercise and other support nutrients such as Radiance^® B vitamins and Radiance^® Omega-3 EPA & DHA.

Dosage:

One or two capsules daily, preferably between meals.

Contraindications

Precautions:

Not recommended in doses exceeding 1000mg daily, or for those in excited states. Rhodiola should not be used by individuals with bipolar disorder.
