Please get in contact with us and we will sort out a credit for you once you have provided us with adequate information as well as any advice necessary

Can I get a refund?
If you have changed your mind on a product we don't provide a refund. See our returns policy for more information. Should the goods be faulty or not what you have ordered then you we will rectify your order under the Consumer Gurantees Act

Yes you can contact us here

Will you tell me if a product is out of stock?
We will let you know if we are out of stock. If we have all the products it will be shipped out same day, otherwise we will recommend a similar or better substitute to a missing product at no extra cost. We can also put your order on hold till stock comes in from our suppliers or give you a refund. Any choices will be confirmed in email by you first.

How long does it take to get orders from your suppliers?
As we have many different suppliers all around the country, it can take between 1-5 business days to recieve the item(s).

What are your prices in?
All prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars and include G.S.T.

When do you process orders?

We process them during the Buisness week of 9am-5am, Monday to Friday

When will my product get delivered?

We use overnight couriers. If your order is received before 9am and, subject to availability, we can have it shipped out to you anywhere in New Zealand overnight. Some customers will recieve it same day.

I’ve ordered some large product items, how much will it cost to have them shipped to me?
We don't charge extra for shipping Large items in New Zealand

Can you deliver overseas?
Yes. We currently ship to the following destinations*. See our Shipping section for more information.

*Note: There are no refunds for overseas orders (except where wrong goods have been shipped) and it is the customers responsibilty to check with your customs to see whether or not the items you buy from us are accepted in your country.

It's been a couple of days, and my order hasn't arrived yet?
Should this be a lost package, then we can get you a refund once a claim has been succesfully lodged within 14 days of dispatch. This can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks depending if its local or overseas delivery. Please get in contact with us here
