Our Shipping Service

We will deliver the products you order to the address you specify as the shipping address when you create your account with HealthyPeople. We will endeavour to dispatch your order by the next business day subject to stock availability. Once we have received your order we will send you a reply email confirming available stock. If we have all the products it will be shipped out same day, otherwise we will recommend a similar or better substitute to a missing product at no extra cost. We can also put your order on hold till stock comes in from our suppliers or give you a refund. Any choices will be confirmed in email by you first.

• Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. 
• Delivery Method and Labeling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Post Haste Courier or if an international delivery via New Zealand Post International Air.
• Signature Required: The Post Haste policy is that no items should be delivered if the premises are unattended. If this occurs the courier will leave a 'card left' at the address detailing when the delivery was attempted and the ticket number. You then need to call your local branch to arrange redelivery or pick up of the item. On International Orders you will need to state you want Courier signed with track and trace.
  
• Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 2 business days if your item is in stock.  All back orders will be delivered within 7 business days unless personally notified.
• Post Boxes: We currently don't ship to New Zealand Post Boxes (Coming Soon)

Freight & Handling Charges in New Zealand

• $4.95 and Freight Free over $75 (excludes rural delivery)
• $4.60 additional to rural delivery
  • e.g.1 A $25 item product will cost $4.95 + $4.60 RD total = $9.55
  • e.g.2 A $75 total purchase will be freighted at just the RD cost of $4.60 RD so total freight = $4.60
• No order will cost more than $9.55 in Freight charges
  

International Orders

We currently ship to the following destinations. Price will be confirmed by email for our international customers. The absolute most you can expect to pay is $40*

• Australia ($10 charge and up to $5 per item, depending on size).  For orders over $350 we will ship free, this includes international air with additional insurance for goods over $250.00
• United Kingdom
• USA
• Japan
• Canada

If you require it to be sent via track and trace with signature upon arrival then there will be additional charges for this. Please indicate this when you place your order on the comments section.

We make random security checks on international orders to help prevent credit card fraud. Please don't be offended if we need to make extra checks in regards to your order.

*Note: Prices are for Small items only(health supplements). There are no refunds for overseas orders (except where wrong goods have been shipped) and it is the customers responsibilty to check with your customs to see whether or not the items you buy from us are accepted in your country.
